CONCEPT Project: efficiency and effectiveness of chronic care in the Spanish National Health System, is a project funded by the Health Research Fund, Instituto de Salud Carlos III, whose Principal Investigator is Enrique Bernal-Delgado.
The general objective of all CONCEPT projects is the analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of chronic care in the Spanish National Health System.
Specifically, how care is provided to patients with diabetes (CONCEPT-DIABETES), long-term survivors of breast cancer (CONCEPT-SURBCAN), patients with atrial fibrillation (CONCEPT-AF) and those with acute ischemic stroke (CONCEPT-STROKE).
